This week, first graders showed their animal knowledge to their class and families. Each student was tasked with choosing a favorite animal to build a presentation and show their work to the class and community. Some students brought boxes containing carefully crafted dioramas, complete with miniature replicas of their animals’ habitats, while others chose to deliver passionate speeches alongside beautifully created posters about the unique characteristics and behaviors of their chosen animal. Parents were invited to attend!
